William Tiger Faulkner, co-founder of Empowerty!, is a business-wise Project Management Consultant with approximately 13 years experience in the Information Technology field. He has successfully managed projects with budgets up to $60 million and multiple project teams ranging from 5 – 45 members. In addition, his skills and experiences as a consulting professional from one of the largest, premier consulting companies (Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting) enables him to develop best practices, tailored to each organization, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Mr. Faulkner holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the Florida State University, 1994.

Shavonda Allen, co-founder of Empowerty!, is a management consultant with extensive experience helping companies develop effective strategies, significantly improve operations, and achieve bottom line results. Her experience is focused in the travel and transportation, government, and manufacturing industries where she has consistently delivered significant business value on mission critical projects. Her expertise ranges from strategic analysis, technical architecture, to managing large implementations and complex technical initiatives. She has worked directly with many Fortune 500 and international companies.

She has extensive IT and eCommerce experience and a demonstrated record of success. Mrs. Allen is a proven leader with strengths in facilitation, communications, and technology operational analysis. Prior to founding Empowerty!, she worked as an independent consultant , and polished her skills and experiences as a consulting professional for Accenture in the Tampa Bay office.

Mrs. Allen holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the FAMU/FSU College of Engineering, 1999. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Derrick Gibson serves as an advisor to Empowerty! - based on both his long relationship with the founding partners as well as his 15+ years in the field of professional services. Mr. Gibson is a senior technical architect, with a deep focus in the field of Information Management - especially with respect to the design / build / run of enterprise portals for organizations across all industry types (Resources, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Communications & Technology and Government). Throughout his professional career - which includes reaching the Senior Manager level at Accenture - Mr. Gibson has assisted many organizations as they sought to update their enterprise architectures to take better advantage of their investments, to really run their IT organizations as a business and achieve value from their IT investments. His work for these organizations spans the entire project lifecycle: from strategy development and project planning; to the application design and build - including the design and build of the technical architecture; through to deploying and operating the application in production environments. Furthermore, Mr. Gibson has delivered these enterprise portal solutions for a variety of end user audiences: B2B, B2C and G2C.
